The festival of Janmashtami was celebrated on 6 September 2023 in HEMA Higher Secondary School. The melodious tunes on the occasion of Janmashtami echoed in the campus. The students of Classes VI presented an entertaining dance drama depicting the janmotsav of Lord Krishna, the essence of Govardhan Puja, Kaliya Vadh, Krishna raas and Geeta Updesh. The message to eliminate the Kansa within you and restore Dharma was beautifully conveyed by the performers. Meera. Bai's extensive devotion was also presented. The celebration came to an end with the traditional matki phod by the students.
