INAUGURATION OF KUTTY MALAYALAM CLUB AT HEMA HR. SEC. SCHOOL

Knowledge of language is the doorway to wisdom as language is the roadmap of a culture. Language is the blood of the soul into which thoughts run it is not genetic but a social gift. Kutty Malayalam Club was inaugurated at HEMA Hr. Sec. School on 30.10.2023 to set a platform for the children who are not able to attend the classes being conducted by Malayalam Mission at different locations.
HEMA Hr. Sec. School is not only the school in Bhopal being run by Malayalee Association but also an institution where Malayalam is being taught. HEMA Hr. Sec. School Management has taken the initiative to promote Malayalam language in Bhopal and on this occasion Shri Philip Panicker, President and Shri Kishore Pillai, Secretary HEMA Education Society were present.
Kutty Malayalam Club was inaugurated with the lighting of the lamp by Shri Satheesh Kumar Language Teacher Malayalam Mission who came to Bhopal from Kerala to take the mission of promoting the teaching of Malayalam to young minds. Shri Satheesh Kumar in his speech has highlighted the beauty of Malayalam language through the rendition of a Malayalam poem. The dignitaries were welcomed by presenting a sapling.
It is indeed a moment of pride for the Malayalee’s of Bhopal as their children are getting a platform to learn their mother tongue which is gradually losing its roots among the young generation. Kutty Malayalam club provides an opportunity to the non-Malayalee’s to get handy of the new language, at a time when we Indians are turning towards learning foreign language as it has become a status symbol.
Kutty Malayalam club of Malayalam mission is established under the cultural department of Kerala for the promotion of Malayalam in 24 states out of which Madhya Pradesh is doing the best for the promotion of language. Malayalam holds a unique place in the genre of classical languages.
The occasion was graced by officials of Malayalam mission. Ms. Poonam Sharma, Principal presented a memento to Shri Satheesh Kumar as a token of love and gratitude.
