Empowering Educators: A Transformative Coaching Session by Dr. Rajeev Agrawal

On June 14, 2025, HEMA Higher Secondary School, Govindpura, Bhopal had the honour of hosting Dr. Rajeev Agrawal—an eminent industrialist, visionary life coach and master facilitator—for a thought-provoking and transformative session for educators.

The session commenced with a warm welcome by Principal Ms. Poonam Sharma. The occasion was further dignified by the presence of the Management Committee members: Shri Kishore Pillai, Secretary, HEMA Education Society; Shri Sajit Nair, Vice President; Shri Robin Joseph and Shri Siji Chacko. Vice Principals Ms. Meenal Rathore and Ms. Pamela Abraham, along with Headmistress Ms. Piyali Sinha, lent their wholehearted support to the initiative.

With over eighty educators in attendance, the session provided an introspective space to explore emotional intelligence, holistic well-being and self-leadership. Dr. Agrawal’s engaging style, enriched with practical insights and interactive exercises, empowered teachers to embrace a growth mindset and lead with inner clarity and purpose.

The programme concluded on an inspiring note, with Dr. Agrawal urging participants to align mind, body and spirit in pursuit of personal and professional harmony.
