Sports develop the physical as well as mental strength in students. Daily physical exercise is essential for students because exercise not only helps students to stay healthy, but it also helps to improve their emotional fitness.
In order to introduce children to different games like Snake and ladder, Cricket, Carrom, Football, badminton, chess to help them to develop an understanding of rules of sports and playing methods of these sports, HEMA Higher Secondary School organized FUN WITh GAMES on 18th November(Friday), 2022 for Nursery to KG kids.
It was a fun day focusing on promoting physical and emotional strength. Children enthusiastically took part in sports activities.
It was indeed an invigorating, reviving and rejuvenating experience….!!
