CODE OF CONDUCT
  • Education is the main objective of the school and is the primary purpose for which students are admitted. studies must be taken seriously.Home assignments and periodical test should be given full attention.
  • Minimum 75% attendance is required for eligibility to appear for the annual examination.
  • In case of absence, a proper application for leave from the parent/guardian should be produced before proceeding on leave. If absence is on medical ground, application of parent/guardian with medical certificate should be produced on joining the class.
  • Sports and extracurricular activities are equally important. all students are expected to participate.
  • Being a co-educational school, the boys and girls should maintain the decorum and dignity of the school.
  • Any breach of the code of conduct is liable to invite disciplinary action to the extent of removal from the roll.
SCHOOL FEES
  • The school fees is collected for 10 months.
  • Admission fees (One time) is to be paid at the time of admission.
  • Fees once deposited, will not be refunded.
  • Monthly fees must be paid from 05th to 10th of every month. Failing which a fine of Rs 100/- will be charged.
  • After 3 months of non payment of fees, name will be struck off from the on roll and re admission fees will be levied.
  • All types of fees are accepted through cheque, demand draft,  swipe and Online transaction.
  • Transfer certificate will be issued only after obtaining No dues certificate.
  • The caution money is refunded without interest with the transfer certificate and it will not be adjusted with any other fees.

EXAMINATION AND ASSESSMENT
  • There is no provision of change in the schedule of any assessment. Therefore, parents are advised not to request for rescheduling the assessment of their ward. However, oral test can be rescheduled only for genuine cases.
  • Absence from any assessment/subject will be awarded with zero marks.
  • If a student is representing the school in any important event, with prior permission, he/she will be awarded average marks/grades. However, it is the discretion of Principal to ask such a student to appear in the examination specially conducted for such students.
  • If student is missing his/her examination due to prolonged illness or mishap in the family, re-examination may be considered by the Principal, Provided sufficient evidence is produced by the parents.
  • A student found using unfair means during any examination/ assessment will be awarded zero in the subject concerned. If the student repeats the same he/ she may be expelled from the school.
  • All answer scripts pertaining to any assessment will be (except annual examination) made available to parents on the scheduled Parent Teacher Meeting after the assessment.
  • Parents will not be allowed to take the answer scripts home for any reason what-so-ever.
